Who writes Lifeline Access
Every guide on this site carries a name. That name belongs to a real person who is accountable for what the page says — not a house pseudonym and not a stock byline.
Benefits guidance is the kind of writing where being wrong has a cost: someone misses a deadline, brings the wrong document to an appointment, or concludes they do not qualify when they do. So we tell you who wrote each guide, what they know, and when they last checked it.
