Lifeline is limited to one benefit per household, not per
person. A household is everyone who lives together and shares
income and expenses. Two adults at the same address who buy
their food and pay their bills separately count as two
households and can each hold a benefit.
Who regulates Lifeline in Indiana
Telecommunications providers in Indiana are overseen by

Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. If a provider will not resolve a billing or service
complaint, the commission is where to escalate it. Complaints
