Privacy laws in several states give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to limit how sensitive information is used, and to see, correct or delete what a business holds about you. This page explains how those rights apply here.
Sale or sharing
We do not sell or share personal information. This site has no accounts and no forms, so we never receive your name, email address or telephone number, and we have nothing to pass to a telephone company or anyone else. There is nothing to opt out of.
Sensitive information
Whether someone in your household participates in a programme such as Medicaid, SNAP, or SSI is sensitive personal information. The eligibility checker asks about it, but the answer is used in your browser to work out a result and is never sent to us.
Access, correct, or delete your information
We hold no account, profile or contact record for any visitor. There is no record of yours for us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete.
Our servers keep standard request logs for a short rolling period. They are not linked to a name or any other detail that would let us find one person’s entries.
Affiliate links
Some links to telephone companies are affiliate links. If you follow one and sign up, that company holds your details and your relationship is with them. Ask them directly to delete your information or to place you on their do-not-call list. To stop their texts, reply STOP.
What we never hold
We never collect Social Security numbers, benefit or case account numbers, dates of birth, eligibility documents, or payment details.

Contact your state attorney general. California residents may also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency.
